Is it Worth Buying Samsung Galaxy M31 Prime?
No, Samsung Galaxy M31 Prime is not worth buying because there is nothing new in this phone. It has old Exynos 9611 processor which is a far worst chip you can get at 17k price tag, the cameras are also average. It also doesn’t have the fast charging support and the phone has a plastic build, so yes, Galaxy M31 Prime is not worth buying.
Keep in mind, Galaxy M31 Prime is not a new smartphone, it’s just new storage variant of Galaxy M31 but Samsung launched with the new name tag. So people get confused and buy the Galaxy M31 Prime but actually, they are buying Galaxy M31.
Talking about cameras, it has the same camera sensor from Galaxy M31. So images quality will be same, like I said in Galaxy M31 review, the phone doesn’t have the best camera at 17k price tag. So if you want the best cameras then Galaxy M31 Prime is not the phone you’re looking for.
The Galaxy M31 is powered by old 2.3GHz Octa-core Exynos 9611 Processor which is not best SoC to get at 17 price tag but if you’re normal user then it will do your work but it’s ideal for gamer.
It also has massive 6,000 mAh battery with 15W fast charging support that means the phone will last for 1.5 days, also in the end, it depend on you how you use the phone.
Conclusion
As I have said, Samsung Galaxy M31 Prime is not value for money device but if you want that Samsung brand then this could be good option. Also, if you gonna but Samsung branded phone then do take look at Galaxy M31s which is good option below 20k. Overall, Galaxy M31 Prime is worth the Rs 16,499 price tag.
