Best Mobile Phones under Rs 8,000

Affordable phones are kind of dead, nonetheless, we have some good options under Rs 8,000 like POCO C3, Micromax IN 1B, RealMe C11, Redmi 9i Sport, and even Redmi A1.

Of course, all these phones are good and that’s why they’re added here, so pick one that you want.

POCO C3

Specifications6.43 inches HD+ LCD Display
MediaTek Helio G35 SoC
Android 11 based on MIUI 13
13MP+2MP+2MP Rear Cameras,
5MP Front Cameras,
5,000mAh battery (10W),

The MediaTek Helio G35 is not a powerful processor but it’s a decent processor for day-to-day usage. You won’t face any kind of problems while watching movies or even using social media.

It also has a decent camera setup, also don’t expect too much from the camera department as the phone is available at Rs 6,999.

The 5000 mAh battery will last all day long and it supports 10W charging.

Overall, if you want a stable smartphone with no lags then POCO C3 is the best smartphone you can buy for under Rs 8,000 in India. It has all the elements that users are looking for in an affordable smartphone.

Micromax IN 1B

Specifications6.50 inches HD+ LCD Display
MediaTek Helio G35 SoC
Android 11
13MP+2MP Rear Cameras,
8MP Front Cameras,
5,000mAh battery (10W),

I was so excited about Micromax’s comeback but they blew up big time.

The Micromax IN 1B has the best specification in the 6k price range, The phone has a type-C port, a 5,000 mAh battery, stock UI with an Ads great processor but when it comes to user experience, the didn’t have the time to optimize the UI.

The phone does have Stock UI but it feels un-polished, Micromax needs to work on software, and once they do that this phone will be the best smartphone at a 7k price tag.

Just because of the un-polished UI, the cameras are also not that great, The phone does have a good sensor but it’s not optimized and that’s the reason, the images are not as good as the sensors.

RealMe C11

Specifications6.50 inches HD+ LCD Display
MediaTek Helio G35 SoC
Android 11 – RealMe UI
13MP+2MP Rear Cameras,
5MP Front Cameras,
5,000mAh battery

For the Rs 6999 price tag, you’re getting a balanced affordable smartphone. Again, MediaTek Helio G35 is not a powerful SoC but it won’t give any kind of problem find a day to day usage.

Also, RealMe UI is far better than MIUI, so you can consider this device over Redmi’s.

By the way, I don’t have to talk much about the cameras as it’s an affordable smartphone.

Redmi 9i Sport

Specifications6.53 inches HD+ LCD Display
MediaTek Helio G25 SoC
Android 11 – RealMe UI
13MP Rear Camera,
5MP Front Cameras,
5,000mAh battery

If your budget is Rs 8000 and you want to buy only a Redmi phone then do consider the Redmi 9i Sport otherwise ignore it as it’s a bit pricey compared to RealMe C11 and even POCO C3

There is nothing more I can say, still, if you have questions then do drop a comment.

Redmi A1

Specifications6.52-inches HD+ LCD Display
MediaTek Helio A25 SoC
Android 12 Go
8MP + 2MP Rear Camera,
5MP Front Cameras,
5,000mAh battery (10W)

For Redmi A1, it’s a YES or NO answer…

If your budget is Rs 6000 and if you can’t go above that price range then just go with Redmi A1 otherwise do choose from RealMe C11 or POCO C3.

By the way, this is an Android Go smartphone, so you won’t get MIUI, it’s stock Android.

Conclusion

Hands down, the RealMe C11 is a better option to consider because it runs on RealMe UI which is more polished and faster compared to MIUI.

POCO C3 also has the same specs as RealMe C11, so if you want MIUI then do consider POCO C3 over RealMe C11.
