Is it worth buying POCO M3

POCO has recently launched POCO M3 (Review) in India and after a long time, they have launched a new phone and not a re-brand of Xiaomi. The POCO M3 is powered by Snapdragon 662 Processor which is a good processor as this phone is priced at Rs 9,999 for 6GB Ram and 64GB storage.

The phone also has a massive 6,000 mAh battery with 18W fast charging support. Considering the price tag, I would say, POCO has done a good job with POCO M3. In short, if your budget is about 10k then don’t look for any other phone, this could be a perfect phone to buy.

POCO has a smartphone for all price ranges, whether your budget is 15k, 20k, or even 10k. The POCO C3 is the best smartphone they have ever produced at an affordable price range. The phone is powered by MediaTek Helio G35 SoC and it’s running on MIUI 12-based on Android but the phones don’t have ads in the UI like Redmi Phones.

It also has a decent camera setup, so don’t expect too much from the camera department also at Rs 6,999, this is the best you got. The POCO C3 has a massive 5,000 mAh battery with 10W charging support and it has a USB port for charging.

Overall, if you want a stable smartphone with no lags then POCO C3 is the best smartphone you can buy for under Rs 10,000 in India. It has all the elements that users are looking for in an affordable mobile phone.

Now if you want to spend Rs 10,000 then take look at Redmi 9 prime which is priced at Rs 9,999 for 4GB Ram + 64GB Storage. The phone is powered by powerful MediaTek Helio G80 SoC and it’s running on MIUI 12-based on Android 10 but this phone has ads in the UI.

The phone also has a good camera setup and a massive 5,000 mAh battery with 18W fast charging support but Redmi has only supplied a 10W charger in the box. The Redmi 9 Prime also has great display quality as it’s an FHD+ display with 1080 x 2340 pixels resolutions.

In short, if you want to spend 10k then this is the phone you need to get, it has the best quad-camera setup, huge 5,000mAh battery, fast charging support, FHD+ screen, and a powerful processor which can handle almost all the games without any problem.

4. Micromax IN 1B

Micromax IN 1B Price in India
Micromax IN 1B

I was so excited about Micromax comeback but they blew up.

The Micromax IN 1B (review) has the best specification in the 6k price range, the phone has a type-C port, a 5,000 mAh battery, stock UI with on Ads great processor but when it’s come to user experience, they didn’t have the time to optimize the UI.

The phone does have Stock UI but it feels un-polish, Micromax needs to work on software, and once they do that this phone will be the best smartphone at a 7k price tag.

Just because of the un-polished UI, the cameras are also not that great, the phone does have a good sensor but it’s not optimized and that’s the reason, the images are not as good as the sensors.

Overall, if you want a Type-C port, good performance, huge battery, and Indian branded phone then Micromax IN 1b is worth looking at.

5. RealMe Narzo 20a

RealMe Narzo 20a Price in India
RealMe Narzo 20A

RealMe is also like Xiaomi, which launched two or three smartphones every month. RealMe Narzo 20A is powered by Snapdragon 665 Processor which is an old SoC but still, it’s worth buying and if you’re getting this chip at Rs 8,499 then it’s gold.

The has a 13MP triple rear camera setup featuring a 2MP macro sensor and 2MP B/W sensor while there is an 8MP selfie shooter.

The rear camera can shoot videos in [email protected] while the front can shoot in [email protected] It also has a 5,000 mAh battery with 10W charging support and a UB+SB port for charging.

Overall, if you want a good processor and you can live with a decent camera setup then RealMe Narzo 20A is a good option to go with. Keep in mind, the phone is priced at Rs 8,499 for 3GB Ram + 32GB storage while 4GB + 64GB version is priced at Rs 9,499.

Bottom line, if you want to buy a 4GB version then it’s better to go with Redmi 9 Prime as this phone has better specs than Narzo 20a.

6. Redmi 9

Redmi 9 Price in India
Xiaomi Redmi 9

Redmi 9 shouldn’t have an exit but hey, it’s Xiaomi, so they have to launch a new 9 series smartphone, so they did launch.

The Redmi 9 is powered by MediaTek Helio G35 Processor and it’s running on MIUI 12-based on Android 10 this too has ads in the UI which you can’t turn off.

It also has 13MP + 2MP rear and 5MP front cameras but the cameras are not that great considering the price tag. The Redmi 9 comes with a huge 5,000 mAh battery with 10W fast charging support and it has only an HD+ display.

The phone starts from Rs 9,999 for 4GB Ram + 64GB storage. Overall, Redmi 9 doesn’t have anything to justify the 10k price tag, the phone should have been priced at 8k but if they have launched at 7k who would have gone with POCO C3.

In short, it’s better to skip one more Redmi 9 series smartphone unless you want Xiaomi branded phone.

7. RealMe Narzo 10A

RealMe Narzo 10a

As of now, RealMe Narzo 10A is out of stock and I don’t have any idea when it will be back. The phone is powered by MediaTek Helio G70 Processor and it’s running on RealMe UI 2.0-based on Android 10. It has a 12MP triple rear camera and a 5MP front camera setup.

The RealMe Narzo 10a has a good camera setup, a good processor, and huge battery life but it’s priced at Rs 8,999 for 3GB Ram + 32GB storage.

The phone is a bit overpriced, RealMe should have launched at Rs 7,999. In short, if you want a good processor at 9k and if you don’t want to buy Redmi 9 Prime at 10k then RealMe Narzo 10A is also a good option but this comes with an HD+ display and 3GB Ram.

Overall, RealMe Narzo 10A is a good option but I would say, just add Rs 1,000 more and get Redmi 9 Prime.

Conclusion

These are the top best mobiles under Rs 10,000 in India. If you can spend Rs 1,000 more then I would say, take look at POCO M2 and RealMe Narzo 20 or Micromax IN Note 1. Now that we have POCO M3, so if your budget is 10k then don’t think about any other phone, just grab POCO M3.

Now if I have to pick one smartphone the I would go with Redmi 9 Prime because this phone has an FHD+ display, 18W fast charging support, good camera setup, 5000 mAh battery and powerful processor. Overall, Redmi 9 Prime is value for money device at Rs 9,999.
