Is it Worth Buying RealMe 7 Pro?
Okay, so RealMe 7 Pro does has the AMOLED display but it’s losing out on 90Hz display, it’s like RealMe chooses AMOLED display over 90Hz screen refresh rate. The phone also has the same Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G processor which we have seen RealMe 6 Pro and many other budget smartphones.

So what new RealMe has to offer with RealMe 7 Pro? I mean the phone has 65W fast charging support, that’s new right. Let’s put everything aside and find out whether you should buy RealMe 7 Pro or not?

Is it Worth Buying RealMe 7 Pro?
If you want 65W fast charging support on a budget smartphone then yes RealMe 7 Pro is worth buying but if you want value for money device then RealMe 7 Pro is not worth buying. The phone has the Snapdragon 720G processor which is a good chip but there are some phones which has a better chip and better specifications and those phones are priced at Rs 17k in India. I would say, just wait for POCO X3 and then buy one.
There is no doubt that Snapdragon 720G is a good processor but at 20k, things get a little bit tricky. The RealMe 7 Pro does have the good cameras, faster-charging support but the phone also has some cons which could change someone’s decision.
RealMe 7 Pro has AMOLED 60Hz screen refresh rate which is good because it’s AMOLED screen but it’s 60Hz. The phone also has the 64MP + 8MP + 2MP + 2MP rear cameras but that 2-2MP sensor is just there for marketing, those sensors won’t make a huge difference. Also, this is new PRO from RealMe yet they have used Snapdragon 720G which is available in RealMe 6 Pro.
There are somethings which is just there for the showcase. The selling point of RealMe 7 is that 65W fast charging support, even RealMe is just marketing this on social media.
Opinion
As I have said, if you want the best smartphone under Rs 20,000 then just wait for POCO X3 because this phone has Snapdragon 732G and it will come out below 20k in India. So if you can wait for some time then just wait and see what POCO has to offer with POCO X3. By the way, POCO X3 is launching on 7th September 2020 in Global market.
Conclusion
RealMe 7 Pro is not a bad phone but there are some phone available at 15k and even at 17k which has the same specification, so why to go with RealMe 7 Pro. RealMe has also launched the RealMe 7 and I have said, RealMe 7 is worth buying because it’s value for money device but I can’t say the same for RealMe 7 Pro, it’s just not the best one at 20k.
