Best Mobiles Under Rs 20000

We don’t have the good phones that we used to get but still, we have some good ones like, the iQOO Z7 5g, Motorola G84 5G, RealMe 9 SE 5G, Motorola G54 5G, POCO X4 Pro 5G, and even OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite 5G.

So let’s find out which one is the most suitable for you.

iQOO Z7 5G

Specifications6.38 inches FHD+ AMOLED.
90Hz Refresh Rate.
MediaTek Dimensity 920 (6 nm).
Fun Touch OS 13.1– Android 13.
6 5G Bands.
64MP+2MP Rear Cameras.
16MP Front Cameras.
4,500mAh battery (44W).
6GB Ram + 128GB storage: Rs 18,999

iQOO Z7 5G is the all-around best smartphone that has good cameras, a super bright display, faster 44W charging support, a solid processor, and even decent cameras for the Rs 18,999 price tag.

The only downside is the Fun Touch OS, this is not the best and most loved Android Skin available in the market.

It has a few problems like the app freezes for microseconds, and even after having a powerful processor, the 90Hz refresh rate is not smooth.

Now, everything can be fixed with only one OTA update but now, this demand on IQOO when they gonna fix it.

By the way, Vivo has recently launched the Vivo T2 5G which is a re-brand of IQOO Z7 5G, so check that, if you want to buy a Vivo branded phone.

Other than the OS, the IQOO Z7 5G is the best option you can consider buying for under Rs 20,000 in India.

Motorola G84 5G

Specifications6.50 inches FHD+ pOLED.
120Hz Refresh Rate.
Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 5G (6 nm).
MyUX 3.0 – Android 13.
14 5G Bands.
50MP+8MP Rear Cameras.
16MP Front Cameras.
5000mAh battery (33W).

Motorola G84 5G is not made for heavy gaming, so if you’re planning to buy his phone for gaming only then don’t because the Snapdragon 695 is not a powerful SoC and it won’t be able to run high graphical games for hours.

The cameras are great, they’re not perfect but for the price of Rs 19999, it’s not bad either. The software is clean, with no ads at all but the only downside is, that Motorola has only promised 1 OS update.

The 5000mAh battery will last for a day without any sort of problem while the 33W charger will help you. Also, Now is a good time for Motorola to move from 33W and provide faster charging support.

Overall, if your budget is Rs 20,000 then do consider the Motorola G84 5G. It’s just that, it doesn’t have a powerful processor other than that, it’s a solid phone at the perfect price tag.

RealMe 9 5G Speed Edition

Specifications6.60-inches FHD+ LCD 144Hz Display
Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G Chipset,
RealMe UI 2.0 – Android 12,
48MP + 2MP + 2MP Rear and 16MP Front,
13 5G Bands,
5,000 mAh battery (30W Fast Charging),

All the gamers out there, take a look at RealMe 9 SE 5G, it’s powered by the Snapdragon 778 SoC which is by far the best processor available under 20k for gaming.

It doesn’t have the best cameras or even AMOLED panel but it does have the best SoC which is more important for gaming.

So only for gaming, consider the RealMe 9 SE 5G otherwise, skip it.

Now, keep in mind, the RealMe UI has gotten worse than ever, so you have to deal with ads and a few bugs here and there.

Motorola G54 5G

Specifications6.50 inches FHD+ LCD.
120Hz Refresh Rate.
Mediatek Dimensity 7020 (6 nm)
MyUX 3.0 – Android 13.
14 5G Bands.
50MP+8MP Rear Cameras.
16MP Front Cameras.
6,000mAh battery (33W).

Motorola needs to fix the cameras, almost all of their phones don’t have a good camera. Now, Motorola G54 5G has improved cameras but still for the price of Rs 15999, it’s not the best one.

By the way, the cameras are not that bad but when it comes to low light, there are the worst but under good lights, you will get the best images while the OIS is there for showcase, so don’t expect much from it.

The Mediatek Dimensity 7020 is a solid SoC and it’s made for casual usage, it’s not a gaming processor. So if you’re a gamer then kindly stay away from this device for day-to-day usage and a little bit of gaming, there won’t be any sort of issue.

Again, see the Motorola G54 5G has a 5G smartphone with stock Android along with decent performance.

The battery is the highlighting part here, the 6000mAh battery will last for ages.

POCO X4 Pro 5G

Specifications6.67-inches FHD+ AMOLED Display,
120Hz Refresh Rate,
Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 5G (6 nm),
MIUI 13 – Android 11,
7 5G Bands,
64MP+8MP+2MP Rear Cameras,
16MP Front Cameras,
5000mAh battery (67W),

The POCO X4 Pro 5G has almost everything from a great display, solid battery life, good build, superfast charging, and even a powerful processor but it doesn’t have good cameras.

This is like the Motorola G84 5G but with MIUI and it’s available at Rs 16,999 whereas the Moto G84 is available at Rs 19,999. So choose between stock Android and MIUI (cameras are decent on both of these devices).

If I was in your spot then I would have gone with Motorola G84 5G because of the Stock Android. MIUI has lots of issues that I don’t want to be part of.

NOTE: POCO X4 Pro 5G is facing a display issue, now This is not present in every single unit but its there.

OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite 5G

Specifications6.72-inches FHD+ LCD 120Hz Display.
Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 Chipset.
Android 12 – OxygenOS 13.1.
108MP + 2MP + 2MP Rear Camera.
16MP Front.
n1, n3, n5, n8, n40, n41, n77, n78, and n28A 5G Bands.
5,000mAh battery (67W).

OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite 5G is a rebrand of RealMe 10 Pro 5G minus the ads. This is an average smartphone that has the OnePlus logo other than that, it’s not a value-for-money device.

Still, if you want to use Oxygen OS then do consider it. Also, the phone had the ads in the UI but after a few months OnePLus pushed an update and removed the Hot Games and Apps from the device

How long this will last? only time will tell.

Overall, if you have checked all the other devices under Rs 20,000 and you didn’t like any then this is the last good option you have.

Conclusion

We used to get value-for-money devices under Rs 20,000 but that’s not happening at this moment, so one way or another, you won’t get everything under Rs 20,000 smartphone.

For example, if you want a clean Android experience without ads then Motorola G84 5G is a better option, For gaming, RealMe 9 SE 5G is a better choice whereas, for good cameras, we don’t have good options at this moment.

Still, IQOO Z7 5G has a better camera compared to other options.

So first of all, ask yourself, what you want in a smartphone and then choose any of the mentioned smartphones because you won’t get everything in a single budget smartphone.
