Is it Worth Buying OPPO Reno 5 Pro 5G?
Yes, OPPO Reno 5 Pro 5G is worth buying because the phone has powerful MediaTek Dimensity 1000 Plus Processor, massive 65W fast charging support, solid build quality, 90Hz screen refresh rate, and impressive camera setup. Overall, it’s value for money device but still, if the phone was launched at 31k then it’s would have been killer handset.
Now, let’s talk about cameras and some other expect of this phone, so you can get some idea whether you should spend 36k on OPPO Reno 5 Pro 5G or not?
Performance
OPPO Reno 5 Pro 5G is the first phone to feature MediaTek Dimensity 1000 Plus Processor. After a long time, MediaTek has returned into the flagship market and this is the best chipset they have launched so far.
In short, there won’t be any kind of problem while playing games, scrolling through apps, everything feels fast and snappy as the phone has a 90Hz refresh rate.
Display Quality
This is where I feel, OPPO has done great job because OPPO has used AMOLED display. Most of the Android mobile brands are just giving 120Hz or 90Hz display but with LCD panel which is not great thing.
The Reno 5 Pro 5G comes with 6.55-inches AMOLED display and this is 90Hz screen. If I have to say in short, this is by far the best display you can get below 35k in India. So if you want the best display then this best phone to buy at this movement.
Now, the phone does have little bit curved display but that won’t be ay problem as this is not big as OnePlus 8 Pro.
Cameras
The phone comes with 64MP quad-camera setup featuring 8MP ultra-wide lens, 2MP Macro and 2MP depth sensor while there is 32MP selfie shooter placed on the punch hole. Rear cameras can shoot videos up to [email protected] while the front camera can record up to [email protected]
As I said, the phone is a bit pricey as this is OPPO branded but when it comes to cameras, I feel, OPPO has covered everything. The phone has the best camera setup, that 64MP sensor captures good quality images and selfie shooter is better than ever.
Let’s not talk about those 2MP+2MP sensors because those two sensors are there to make numbers, that’s it. So you can technically call it, the phone has only two rear camera setup. Overall, OPPO Reno 5 Pro 5G has good camera setup, there won’t be any problem in the camera department.
Conclusion
There is no doubt, OPPO Reno 5 Pro 5G is a good smartphone and there won’t be any problem while using. It has almost everything that you can think of, for example, great display quality, fast charging support and more but you’re also paying five to six thousand more.
So if you want what OPPO is offering then just go for Reno 5 Pro 5G because for now, there are no many phones available with 65W fast charging, 90Hz AMOLED screen, and best cameras.
Would I spend 36K on Reno 5 Pro 5G?
No, I won’t because I don’t like Color OS and that’s the only reason I don’t buy OPPO smartphone. I mean, I just got Oxygen OS 11 update on my OnePlus 7T and after using for the day, I’m not buying OnePlus smartphone either.
Now, it depends on you, what you’re looking for in smartphone?
