Is it Worth Buying Motorola G32?

Motorola G32

Motorola is making everyone confused because they have recently launched Motorola G42, and G62 and now they’re back with Motorola G32. All of these phones only have a Rs 1000 price gap, Motorola is doing what RealMe and Xiaomi were doing years ago.

Motorola G32 is priced at Rs 12,999 for 4GB of Ram and 64GB storage while it’s available in Mineral Grey and Satin Silver color options. The device will be sold via Flipkart from 16th August 2022 at noon.

Is it Worth Buying Motorola G32?

Performance

We all know that a phone under Rs 13000 is not made for gaming and the same can be said for the Moto G32, the Snapdragon 680 is a good processor for day-to-day usage but it’s not made for heavy gaming.

The Good thing is, that the device runs on stock android, so the performance will be good. It runs on Android 12 and it will get Android 13 updates including 3 years of security updates too.

Overall for casual users, this could be a good option to consider.

Display

The phone comes with a 6.5-inches 90Hz LCD display with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and 405 PPI density. The screen brightness is also good, there won’t be any kind of issue while using the smartphone outdoors.

Motorola has also added Widevine L1 support, so you will be able to watch FHD+ content on OTT platforms.

I would have loved even a 60Hz AMOLED panel but again, they already have Motorola G42, so they can’t add the same on a 13k smartphone.

Cameras

The Motorola G32 has 50MP primary sensor, 8MP ultra-wide lens, and 2MP macro sensor while there is a 16MP front camera. The rear cameras can shoot videos at 1080p@30fps while the front can shoot at 1080p@30fps.

Don’t expect the cameras to be good, its decent cameras.

The images will come out good under good lighting but when it comes to low lights, the sensor will suffer a bit.

All in all, its useable cameras.

Audio and Battery

Yes, the Motorola G32 has stereo speakers as well as a 3.5mm audio jack. The second speaker is added to the microphone which means, 30% of the volume will come from the top side while the remaining will come from the bottom speaker.

The device has a 5,000 mAh battery which supports 33W fast charging support.

Here comes the funny part, the Motorola G62 5G is priced at R 17,999 and it only has 20W charging support while Motorola has added 33W charging support on Moto G32 which is available at only Rs 12,999.

Of course, if you’re a heavy user then the battery won’t last for a day but if you’re a normal user then the battery should last for more than a day.

Verdict

If you’re casual users who don’t play heavy games like COD Mobile then you can consider the Moto G32 5G, you will be more than happy with its performance. On top of that, the device turns on Stock android, so the performance will be better than Redmi or even RealMe Phones.
