Is it Worth Buying Samsung Galaxy A13 5G?

is it worth buying Galaxy A13 5G

Samsung Galaxy A13 5G

Let’s face it, you won’t get the cheaper and best smartphone from Samsung, they’re not Xiaomi, POCO or RealMe. So you have to pay a premium for the Samsung brand.

Now coming to Galaxy A13 5G, the smartphone is priced at $249.99 for 4GB of Ram and 64GB storage in the USA. The device is not launched in India yet.

So let’s see, whether you should spend $249.99 on Galaxy A13 5G or look for other devices.

Is It Worth Buying Samsung Galaxy A13 5G?

No, Samsung Galaxy A13 5G is not worth buying because Samsung is offering an HD TFT display while there is no ultra-wide lens too. So Samsung is charging extra money for brand value. Overall, it is better to skip Galaxy A13 5G and take a look at POCO M3 Pro 5G.

Just like Galaxy A12, Galaxy A13 5G is an overpriced smartphone while there is nothing wrong with charging extra money for brand value but they also need to provide some kind of value to the customer.

In the case of Galaxy A13 5G, Samsung is just charging money for Brand value and not for specs.

Also, this could have been the best smartphone, if there were no other smartphone available but that’s not the case, we do have POCO M3 Pro 5G which is available at the same price as Galaxy A13 5G and it offers better value.

Talking About Samsung Galaxy A13 5G,

The Galaxy A13 5G comes with a 50MP primary sensor, 2MP depth sensor, 2MP macro sensor while there is a 5MP selfie shooter on the front. Both the rear and front cameras can shoot videos at 1080p@30fps.

Here, there was no need for a 2MP+2MP sensor but still, Samsung added the extra sensor for numbers.

Also, the 50MP sensor is kind of decent. Samsung needs to work on optimization otherwise, it’s just a Samsung phone, nothing more.

Good thing is, the phone is powered by MediaTek MT6833 Dimensity 700 and runs on One UI-based on Android 11.

We have seen, the Dimensity 700 in quite of few smartphones and they performed very well. So there won’t be any issue with performance.

For power, Samsung has added a 5,000 mAh battery with 15W charging support. The battery will last for more than a day because it has an HD display, so the phone will consume less power.

Also, no stereo speaker but it does have NFC, 3.5mm audio jack, dedicated SD-card slot, 5G connectivity, and side-mounted fingerprint sensor.

Conclusion

In short, it’s better to buy the best smartphone rather than a branded smartphone. So you can skip Galaxy A13 5G and take look at POCO M3 Pro 5G or any other smartphone than Galaxy A13 5G.

By the way, in the end, it’s your money, I’m only here to tell you what’s bad and good, in the end, you have to decide?

Still, let me know if you have any questions in the comment box.
