OnePlus Nord 2 5G is here with big changes and the big change is Color OS on top of Oxygen OS. Yes, OnePlus Nord 3 5G only has a OnePlus launcher and everything else is from Color OS. The same thing is done by RealMe and they made RealMe UI.

Is It Worth Buying OnePlus Nord 2 5G
Yes, OnePlus Nord 2 5G is worth buying because it has a powerful MediaTek Dimensity 1200 processor, seven 5G bands, massive 65W fast charging support, 90Hz AMOLED display, and a good camera setup. Overall at 28k, OnePlus Nord 2 5G is worth buying and its value for money device.
As you can see, there is a 5G tag in the name itself, and that 5G does justify here because it has seven 5G bands. You can call this 5G phone without any doubt.
Display
There is also, a 6.43-inches 90Hz AMOLED display. 120Hz refresh rate would have been better but still, 90Hz refresh also works well.
Performance
We have seen MediaTek Dimensity 1200 processor in POCO F3 GT and RealMe X7 Max 5G (read review). So there won’t be any kind of problem while playing games or using smartphones in daily life.

Cameras
Coming to the camera, it has a 50MP primary sensor, 8MP ultra-wide lens, and 2MP macro sensor while there 32MP selfie shooter. The OnePlus Nord 2 5G has the same camera sensor as the OnePlus 9 5G but the image quality is not the same.

Battery
Talking about power, it has a 4,500 mAh battery with 65W wired fast charging support. Also, MediaTek Dimensity 1200 processor is built on 6nm technology which means, the battery will last longer.
OnePlus Nord 2 5G Vs POCO F3 GT 5G
POCO F2 GT 5G is a gaming phone which also has a good camera but it’s not as good as OnePlus Nord 2 5G. Also, POCO F3 GT has only two 5G bands whereas OnePlus Nord 2 has six 5G bands.
Overall, for gaming POCO F3 GT is the best option but if you’re a casual gamer then OnePlus Nord 2 is a good option.

Conclusion: Buy or Not?
OnePlus Nord 2 5G has a settings menu from Color OS which means, that now only the OnePlus launcher is from Oxygen OS. OnePlus has also removed the Oxygen OS camera UI and now the phone is using the Color OS camera UI.
Good thing is, OnePlus Nord 2 5G doesn’t come with bloatware or an app store but that too will happen very soon, as per recent leaks.
Still, considering the price tag OnePlus Nord 2 5G is worth buying because it has good specifications. Also, the base variant of the OnePlus Nord 2 5G is out of stock which means you have to buy 8GB of Ram and a 128GB storage variant which is priced at Rs 29,999.
OnePlus has created a mess here, announcing the base variant but when it comes to selling, the base variant dispensers.
