The most powerful smartphone in Samsung’s M series smartphone is set to launch in India on 11th June 2019 but as always ahead of the launch event all the specifications of Samsung Galaxy M40 got leaked. So let’s take a closer look at these coming device.
Samsung Galaxy M40 Specification
The device will come with 6.30-inches Full HD+ display with the resolution of 1080 pixels by 2340 (409 ppi density) and yes for the first in M series you will see punch hole display which means no AMOLED display but yes you will get display space due to selfie pouch hole camera setup.
Under the hood, the galaxy M40 will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 which is built on 10 nm technology with Adreno 612 GPU and Octa-Core 2×2.0 GHz Kryo 460 Gold & 6×1.7 GHz Kryo 460 Silver CPU, it runs on One UI based on Android Pie.
It will be available in two variants, 6 GB of Ram & 128 GB internal storage and 4 GB of Ram & 64 GB internal storage. There is also dedicated slot for micro-SD which means you can put 2 SIM card & one SD card at the same time, you can also expend the storage via micro-SD up to 1TB (terabyte).
Talking about the camera, the Samsung Galaxy M40 comes with triple rear camera setup featuring 32-megapixel primary sensor with F/1.7 aperture, an 8-megapixel 12 mm ultrawide lens with F/2.2 aperture, and 5-megapixel depth sensor with F/2.2 aperture. On the front, it may have 16-megapixel punch hole, selfie shooter.
It will be packed with 3,500 mAh non-removable battery with 15W fast charging support, or maybe we might see 25W fast charging support and yes it will have the Type-C port.
Coming to other common features, the Samsung Galaxy M40 will have the rear-mounted fingerprint sensor, accelerometer, gyro, proximity, compass, Dolby Atmos sound system, FM radio.
