The OnePlus Nord CE 5G comes with Snapdragon 750G SoC, 6.43-inches 90Hz AMOLED display, 4500 mAh battery with 30W fast charging support, 64MP triple rear camera, and 16MP selfie shooter, and the phone starts from Rs 22,999 for 6GB Ram + 128GB storage in India.
So is it worth buying OnePlus Nord CE 5G? we gonna find out but before that let me tell you the India price of Nord CE.

Is It Worth Buying OnePlus Nord CE 5G?
Yes, the OnePlus Nord CE 5G is worth buying but it’s a bit pricey as compared to any other smartphone at a 25k price tag. The phone does have powerful Snapdragon 750G SoC, 90Hz AMOLED display, Clean Oxygen OS but it only has one 5G band and the cameras are also not that great. Overall, the OnePlus Nord CE 5G is worth buying but it’s not value for money device.
First let’s talk about 5G Bands.
5G network is not available in India and when it will launch, no one knows but it’s confirmed that 5G will roll out in India in the next 1 year. Now the question you have to ask yourself is, whether will I keep OnePlus Nord CE 5G for 1 year or three or more.

If you’re that person, who doesn’t like to change the phone every year, and if you want a 5G phone then I think, just stay away from OnePlus Nord CE 5G. Now if you want a 5G phone then I would say, go with RealMe X7 Max 5G which is priced at Rs 26,999 and this phone has 7, 5G bands.
On the other hand, if you don’t care about 5G and just want the best smartphone then you can check out the Redmi Note 10 Series or IQOO Z3 5G.
The OnePlus Nord CE 5G
The OnePlus Nord CE 5G comes with a 6.43-inches 90Hz AMOLED display and there is no doubt about the display as it has an AMOLED display and Snapdragon 750G can handle 90Hz without any problem.
Talking about cameras, it has 64MP primary + 8MP ultra-wide + 2MP monochrome while there is a 16MP selfie shooter. I will talk about cameras in the review of the OnePlus Nord CE 5G but one thing I want to say,

‘The phone doesn’t have the best cameras at 23k price tag, you can get the same camera quality at 16k price tag too’
One more thing, OnePlus removed the alert slider from Nord CE 5G.
Coming back the battery, it has a 4,500 mAh battery with 30W fast charging support and the phone will last for a day.

Conclusion: Buy or not?
I was a big fan of the OnePlus that’s why I bought the OnePlus 7T when it was launched in India but now, if I had to buy a new phone then I would go with either Samsung or Apple.
OnePlus was a good brand but now it’s not, I mean, they removed Wide vine L1 support from the OnePlus 7T with an OTA update.
Back to the phone, if Nord CE 5G was launched at 20k then it would have been a killer smartphone but at 23k, it’s just another phone available in the market.
The only reason, you can consider, OnePlus Nord CE 5G is Oxygen OS but keep in mind, OnePlus is planning to add a theme store with Oxygen OS 12 and who knows, after some time, they started to implement ads like Xiaomi, Samsung, Realme and many others.
