2020 wasn’t the best year in anyways but this wasn’t a bad year for mobiles manufacturers. iPhones do come out late this year but the rest of the phones was best of all time.

We saw the cheapest 5G smartphone from Motorola and most expensive 5G phones from Apple too. Asus does remove Zenfone from its budget lineup but that didn’t stop them to launch best gaming smartphone of all time with affordable price.

OnePlus also made a budget smartphone which wasn’t best but OnePlus Nord does make lots of hype. Micromax also announced the comeback in the mobile market with new IN mobiles. Also, Samsung comes up with foldable tablet and mobiles which changed the way we use the smartphones.

We have seen lots of new tech in mobiles including in-display cameras to the in-display fingerprint sensor. Now let’s put everything aside and see what are the top best smartphones of 2020.

Asus didn’t introduce the budget centric smartphone in 2020 but they nailed it with a gaming smartphone. The ROG Phone 3 was launched at Rs 49,999 for 8GB Ram + 128GB storage but now it’s available for Rs 46,999. The phone is powered by Snapdragon 865 Plus Processor which is by far the best chipset made for Android smartphone.

It’s running on ROG UI based on Android 10 which gives gaming vibe but this can be replaced by regular Asus UI which is kind of close to Stock Android.

The phone also has a huge 6,000 mAh battery and 144hz screen refresh rate which is great for gaming and for day to day use. Keep in mind, the phone doesn’t have the best camera but hey, this is a gaming smartphone, can’t expect everything. It’s not like, ROG Phone 3 (FAQs) has the worst camera but it’s not good as it’s the price tag.

Best Camera Smartphone of 2020: iPhone 12 Pro Max

When we look at below Rs 10,000 smartphones, there are many phones to look, some phones don’t justify the price tag but the phone that looks great and performs better is POCO C3. The phone is powered by MediaTek Helio G35 which is not the best processor but best processor to get below 10k in India.

The phone also has a good camera setup and good battery life, what more can you expect from below 10k smartphone. By the way, the phone is priced at Rs 7,999 for 4GB of ram and 64GB storage yet if you want to buy at a cheaper price the there another option with 3GB Ram + 32GB storage which is priced at Rs 6,999.

Best Mid-Budget Smartphone of 2020: OnePlus Nord

After a long time, OnePlus made entry into the budget segment and this was huge for OnePlus too. OnePlus Nord (FAQs) is powered by Snapdragon 765G Processor and it’s running on Oxygen OS which is by far best UI available for Android smartphone, also, this is 5G smartphone.

It has best build quality, best battery life, fast charging support, 5G support, Oxygen OS, powerful processor, everything is perfect on OnePlus Nord but when it comes to the camera department, it loses its value. OnePlus Nord (review) doesn’t have the best cameras but it’s not worst at 25k, OnePlus should have given a good camera.
