Why does online shopping is cheaper than offline shopping
Nowadays most of the people buying everything from an e-commerce website and they all are happy about it because people are getting the best product at a cheaper price but the question is Why does online shopping be cheaper than offline shopping, so let’s take a closer look at this topic.
When you buy budget Mobile from an offline store you will pay around Rs 15,000 and that includes taxes and fees but did you ever think about from where offline store owner buys the product?
Whenever a Smartphone company launches a new smartphone in the offline market, the company itself does not go to every store to sell a product, they just contact the top state distributor and whoever gives a good deal to a company, they got the particular product deal
And then after state distributor contacts the to district distributor and like previews, whoever gives a good deal to a state distributor, they got the particular product deal. This process will go from product owner to Small businessmen
Now just think how much money those distributors need to pay to get the product deal and that money will go from big distributors to Small distributors. I mean if you are an owner of XYZ company and you buy a Samsung mobile project for Gujarat State, so it’s simple that you want to make a profit that’s why you invested money in that distribution right. If Samsung is selling one particular product in at Rs 13,000 thousand than it’s obvious that you will sell that same product at Rs 13,000 + because you want to earn money.
This is how Offline market works and This is why products are expensive in the offline market.
It doesn’t include anything from Offline market, it’s different
Suppose you have company name called ABC Pvt LTD and you want to sell the product, so the one thing that pops up in your mind is how I can earn more money and this must be your first thought when you have a private company.
As I told you earlier that when company need to sell something in the offline market they need contact state distributor and that will cost too much but when you sell anything on e-commerce website it will not cost you as much as the offline market,
When you sell your product on the e-commerce website then there is no one between you and the consumer, that means you don’t need to give anything to anyone, you will get the direct money from the consumer
But of course if sell product on another e-commerce website like Amazon, Flipkart or even on Snapdeal then that e-commerce website will get some cut from the profit you make exactly like the distributor. You can also make your E-commerce Website and if in case how to built or make money for the website then click right here to know more
In short, an e-commerce website is a very good platform for every businessman, if you are one of those who are selling products only in the offline store then you are not doing anything for your business. So just try this out and I sure your business will fly like a bird
How to sell the product in online or even offline is not like making a tea, but I just wanna say one thing if you are selling a product in the offline store and you are making a good amount of profit then it’s good but if you are not even trying for online then it’s your worst decision. Just try this out and see how it goes
Both markets have their advantages and disadvantages, as businessmen, you need to learn how to make those disadvantages in advantages.
I will leave you with this beautiful quote,
