Redmi Power banks launched in India at Rs 1,499
We already had Xiaomi’s power bank but now Redmi also launched the all-new power bank under the Redmi brand in India. Redmi’s power banks have some feature which you won’t find in Xiaomi’s power banks, so let’s see what Redmi has provided with these power banks.
Redmi has launched 10,000 mAh & 20,000 mAh power banks in India and yes both have the same design but you won’t get the same features. The 10,000 mAh power bank will give you only 10W output While that 20,000 mAh power bank will give you 18W output.
As features, the price for both power banks are also different,
- Redmi’s 10,000 mAh Power Bank: Rs 799
- Redmi’s 20,000 mAh Power Bank: Rs 1,499
These Redmi’s power banks will only available on Xiaomi’s India website, the first sale will start from 18th Feb 2020 at noon on Mi website.
Redmi’s Power Bank Features
It has two charging port and both will give 10W or either 18W fast charging, it depends which power bank you purchase. One more thing, Redmi has provided standard USB port as well as Type-C port, so you can charge this power bank via USB cable or Type-C cable which is very good because these days most people don’t use a USB cable.
Another cool feature, the power bank has low-power changing mode which will be used on a Smart band or any Bluetooth handset. In-short, it lowers the voltage while you charge Bluetooth headset. Now to enable this feature, you just need to double press on the power button and you good to go…
As per Redmi, it can charge Redmi K20 Pro to 100% in 3.50 hours and iPhone XS in 4.70 Hours.
