Is it Worth Buying VIVO V20 SE?

Is it Worth Buying VIVO V20 SE?

Vivo has launched the best smartphone at budget price range with a good specification but now if I see Vivo V20 SE, I feel like why this phone even exists. The phone is powered by Snapdragon 662, I mean you can get Snapdragon 730G at 17k with the best specification but Vivo is offering Snapdragon 600 series at 21k. So let’s see whether you should buy Vivo V20 SE or not?

VIVO V20 SE Price in India

VIVO V20 SE is priced at Rs 20,990 for 8GB of Ram and 128GB storage in India and it’s available in Gravity Black, Oxygen Blue. The phone is available on Flipkart IN website and you can buy any time because there is no flash sale, it’s available 24/7.

Is it Worth Buying VIVO V20 SE?

No, Vivo V20 SE is not worth buying because the phone has Snapdragon 665 Processor which is not the best chipset to get at 21k, the build is also made out of plastic, and it has average cameras. Now, if you want 32MP selfie and if you love selfie then do take look at Vivo V20 SE but if you look at overall performance then Vivo V20 SE is not value for money device.

Performance

Vivo V20 SE is powered by Snapdragon 665 Processor which you can get below 15k price range and Vivo is offering this chipset above 20k. You can play COD Mobile and some other games but it’s not going to be smooth gaming experience, overall, Snapdragon 665 Chip is not that bad but at 21k, it’s not worth buying.

Cameras

The Vivo V20 SE comes with 48 MP Primary Sensor + 8 MP Ultra-Wide Lens + 2 MP Depth while there 32MP selfie shooter. Now, just forget about that 2MP depth sensor. If you look at those 48MP + 8MP ultra-wide lens, the phone will give good quality images but it’s not as good as the price tag. In short, the cameras will give decent images quality which is not acceptable at 21k.

Now, if you want best selfie then you can take look at Vivo V20 SE because the phone has 32MP selfie shooter.

Battery Life

It has 4,100 mAh non-removable battery with 33W fast charging support. The battery won’t last for two days because it has a small battery but you also has 33W fast charging support which lets you charge 62% in 30 minutes. Overall, Vivo V20 SE has one-day battery life, you have to charge the phone at the end of every day.

Vivo V20 SE: Conclusion

As I have said, Vivo V20 SE is not worth buying because it’s an overpriced smartphone with 32MP selfie camera. Still, if you want Vivo branded phone then this could be a good option but if you want value for money device then I think you should skip this phone and take look at either POCO X3 or RealMe 7 Pro and even Redmi Note 9 Pro Max.
