Is it worth buying OPPO Reno 3 Pro?

Is it worth buying Oppo Reno 3 Pro

Yesterday, OPPO launched the Reno 3 Pro in India but the phone doesn’t have any Pro features and yet its priced at Rs 29,990. For those who don’t know, the phone is powered by MediaTek Helio P95 Processor which is built on 12 nm technology. So the question is, will you pay 30k for this device or not? let’s find out…

As of now, OPPO has only launched the 8 GB of Ram and 128 GB storage variant in India and the phone is available via Flipkart India website and will go for sale on 6th March 2020, by the way, if you want, you can pre-order Reno 3 Pro right now.

The phone is powered all-new MediaTek Helio P95 Processor but it’s not a huge upgrade, altho, that chipset will handle all kinds of games but still, Helio P95 chipset is not worth 30k price tag.

Talking about cameras, Reno 3 Pro comes with World’s 1st 44MP selfie camera along with a 2MP sensor. So yes, you will get the best selfies but will you buy a phone for a selfie, if yes then this is the phone you’re looking for. OPPO has also provided night-mode for selfie cameras, so use it I guess.

On the rear side of things, Reno 3 Pro has 64MP + 13MP + 8MP + 2MP camera setup. As I have said, if a phone has a 64MP sensor that doesn’t mean you will get the best camera results, so don’t fall for it.

To power up, OPPO has used a 4,045 mAh non-removable battery with 30W fast charging support. The phone runs on all-new Color OS 7.0 based on Android 10.

One more thing, the Realme X2 Pro is also priced at 30k and it has 50W fast charging support, same 64MP camera setup. So which one will you buy?

Conclusion: Is it worth buying OPPO Reno 3 Pro?

If you want the best selfie camera and you can word with good performance and you can invest 30k in OPPO’s smartphone then this Reno 3 is the phone you’re looking for. Overall, the OPPO Reno 3 Pro is not worth buying at Rs 29,999 because we have phones like Realme X2 Pro, POCO X2 and many others, so why you want to pay extra money for selfie cameras.
