There are tons of smartphone available at Rs 40,000 price range and Mi 10T is another one at this price range, the does have good specifications but it’s missing out on some key feature. Mi 10T is priced at Rs 35,999 for 8GB of Ram and 128GB storage. Now, this is not the best smartphone available out there, so let’s see is it worth the 36k price tag or not?

The phone comes with Plastic build and above-average camera, it also has ads in the UI. Now, there is some feature which makes this phone unique, so let’s see why this could be a good option…
Is It Worth Buying Mi 10T?
Mi 10T comes with 144Hz refresh rate, huge 5,000 mAH battery, 8k video recording option but the phone comes with LCD display and cameras is not that great. So if you can pay Rs 35,999 and if you’re okay with ads in the UI and average kind of cameras then yes, Mi 10T is worth buying but if you want the best display, best cameras then skip this one.
Xiaomi has also launched Mi 10T Pro which has 108MP primary sensor while non-Pro version has 64MP primary sensor, this is the only difference between Mi 10T and Mi 10T Pro. So if you want 108MP sensor then you can pay 5k more or 5k less and get Mi 10T with 64MP sensor.
The Mi 10T is powered by Snapdragon 865 Processor that means there won’t be any kind of problem in performance, you can play every single game without any problem. Keep in mind, the phone is running MIUI 12 which has ads, so you will see ads here and there. This too has 5G support which you can’t use now in India but maybe next year…
It has triple 64MP primary sensor, 13MP ultra-wide lens, and 5MP macro sensor while there is 20MP selfie shooter. The phone doesn’t have a telephoto lens, they have given macro lens which most of the people didn’t use. Now, the cameras on this phone are good but it’s not good as it’s the price tag.
I think Xiaomi needs to optimized the cameras because it has the best chipset and best sensor if Xiaomi work on cameras then it can turn out to be very good. For now, the phone doesn’t have the best cameras.
It comes with huge 5,000 mAh battery with 33W fast charging support. So there won’t be huge problem in charging.
If you want fastest Android smartphone at the good price tag and if you’re okay with good image quality and decent build quality then Mi 10T is a good option but if you don’t want to compromise then I would say, screech your budget little bit and get OnePlus 8T which is priced at Rs 43k.
Will I buy Mi 10T, if my budget is below 40k?
No, I won’t because if I’m paying 35k, I don’t want to see ads and bloatware in my smartphone. I also want the best screen, I don’t care about 144Hz, if the display quality is great then I’m happy with 60Hz. Also, cameras must be good, I don’t want a decent camera, good would be okay.
