Also, 5G won’t be as cheap as 4G because we already know, Vodafone-Idea is about exit from India and after that we only have Reliance Jio and Airtel.
Now, Airtel has lots of Debt, I mean, a lot while Reliance Jio is a Debt-free company. This means we will get the first commercial 5G from Jio and then from Airtel.

As you can see, when a phone has 5G, companies try to compromise in chipset, cameras, build, fast charging, and display quality.
As of 2021 or even 2022, it is better to buy the best smartphone under Rs 20,000 whether it has 5G or not?
Only for 5G, you can’t compromise on performance, cameras, display, fast charging and more.
In short, if your budget is about 20k and you want to buy a new smartphone, then go with the best 4G phone rather than a 5G phone.
Also, most of the budget phones under 20k only has one or two 5G bands and those phones who have more than two 5G bands, lose out on lots of features.
