Now, this is a typical OPPO camera, the color comes saturated while when it comes to low-light photography, the sensor adds a bit of softness.

In short, this is social media-ready cameras, there is no need to edit images before posting, just take a photo and upload the same on Instagram.

Again, there is no OIS, so the videos won't come stable, so technically, you can choose videos but they won't be very useful if you're taking them while walking.

Talking about the 32MP selfie shooter,

This has OPPO's magic, this is again is a social media-ready sensor. Take a photo and that's your image, no need to edit at all.

I mean what else can I say about the OPPO's front camera, it's the best selfie camera you can get under 30k.

Concluding everything from price to cameras, the OPPO Reno 8T 5G doesn't have the best cameras under 30k nor does it justifies the 30k price tag, the cameras are good for those who wanted to only buy OPPO's smartphone but for those who want the value for money device, this isn't the best option to consider.

Display

The phone comes with a 6.70-inches 120Hz curvedAMOLED display with a resolution of 1080 x 2412 and 950 nits brightness.

The display quality is solid but be very careful with this kind of display because if you even drop this device from a sofa or chair then that beautiful curved AMOLED panel will break easily.

Also, the 950 pick brightness is sufficient enough to use the smartphone outdoors.

Performance

We have iQOO Z6 Lite 5G which is priced at Rs 14,999 and powered by Snapdragon 695 processor.

To make it simple, the Snapdragon 695 is not a powerful processor, so if you wanted to buy a gaming smartphone under Rs 30,000 then kindly stay away from OPPO Reno 8T 5G.

OPPO has also added 13 5G bands which includes n1, n3, n5, n7, n8, n20, n28, n38, n40, n41, n66, n77, and n78.

The phone runs on ColorOS 13 based on Android 13

Audio

Thankfully, OPPO has added stereo speakers which sounds good but there is no 3.5mm audio jack present on Reno 8T 5G.

In short, there is nothing to worry about the audio, the phone has the best speakers under 30k and it does work well.

Battery

The OPPO Reno 8T 5G has a 4,800mAh battery with 67W fast charging and yes, the charging has been supplied in the box, so there is no need to buy it separately.

The 67W charger will take about 44 minutes to charge from 0% to 100%, also, you will need the same 67W charger otherwise, you won't be able to take advantage of the fast charging.

The Snapdragon 695 is power efficient processor, so expect the battery to last for a day but if you're a very heavy user then you will have to charge the OPPO reno 8T 5G twice a day.

No, the OPPO Reno 8T 5G is not worth buying because there is nothing in this smartphone that justifies the Rs 29,999 price tag, it has a good design and curved panel other than that, it's an average smartphone that is available at a premium price tag in India.
