Design
After Long time, POCO has launched phone with new design because most of the POCO phones are re-brand of Xiaomi.

This is bit different design then any other smartphone. I just love what POCO has done with POCO M3. It looks different at the same time, refreshing.
Performance
Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 is powerful chipset and at 10k , this is best chipset to buy. Still, I feel with some OTA update, the phone can perform better

For now, the phone is working fine but sometime, I have seen some frame drops here and there and it's all because of MIUI, so with update, it can be fixed.
Cameras
The phone does have good camera setup and that 48MP sensor take good quality images. So yes, there won't be huge problem in cameras.

Charging Speed
The POCO M3 support 18W fast charging support which is good thing as most of the phone below 10k don't even support 10W charging speed.

If your budget is 10k and if you want battery champ then this could be great phone but if you want best cameras then you have look at POCO M2 or Redmi 9 Prime
Conclusion
I mean, the phone does have good cameras but it's as not good as other phones at 10k. If you put cameras aside then this is best phone to get at 10k.
