Redmi Y3 launched

Redmi Y series spacially dedicated to selfie camera and this is what we are going to see in upcoming Redmi Y3 because of recently this device listed on Amazon with a 32-megapixel selfie camera setup and also CEO of Xiaomi India Manu Kumar Jain posted teaser on his Twitter account and that abdicate that Redmi Y3 is going to come with 32-megapixel selfie camera setup. so let’s take a closer look at this upcoming device

Redmi Y3 Specifications

The smartphone might come with 6.0 -inches only HD+ display with a resolution of 720 pixels by 1520 and yes the smartphone does have water drop notch. Less resolution means better battery, so yes the smartphone will come with 4,000 mAh non-removable battery with USB port and as I told you when the smartphone has smaller pixel size that means the smartphone will consume lesser battery as compared to Full HD+ display.

under the hood, the Redmi Y3 could come with Snapdragon 632 soc which is built on 14 nm technology with Adreno 506 GPU inside and octa-core eight Kryo 250 cores (Cortex-A53 based) at up to 1.8 GHz CPU. The device will runs on latest MIUI 10 based on Android 9.0 (Pie).

Coming to the camera department, it will come with dual rear-facing camera setup featuring a 12-megapixel primary sensor, a 5-megapixel depth sensor to take portrait shots. On the front, the Redmi Y3 will have 32-megapixel selfie camera setup. Another thing is Realme is also coming with Realme U2 and as you Know Realme’s U series is also dedicated to the selfie camera, so it’s good to see which smartphone does a good job.

By the way, if you want to buy this device then it will be available in 3 GB of Ram and 32 GB of internal storage, and 4 GB of Ram and 64 GB of internal storage. There might be dedicated micro-SD slot and you could also expand storage up to 256 GB via a micro-Sd card.

Price and Availability

The Xiaomi Redmi Y3 will be priced Rs 8,999 for the 3 GB of Ram and 32 GB of internal storage, the launch event is set for 24th April, so yes if you are planning to buy a budget smartphone then just wait for this device.
