RealMe X50 Pro: India’s First 5G Phone

RealMe X50 Pro launched

Realme want to be first in everything, just kidding, RealMe is set to launch India’s first 5G phone on 24th Feb 2020 in Delhi at 02:30 PM. Earlier, Vivo also shared the info that we’re launching India’s first 5G phone on 25th Feb 2020 but it’s won’t happen now because RealMe is going to take that crown.

It is confirmed that Vivo’s IQOO 3 5G will be launching on 25th Feb 2020 because the leading page is live on the Flipkart website. All these companies are launching 5G phone and it doesn’t make any sense because we don’t have 5G in India yet and it won’t be available in India very soon.

Companies are just using 5G as future proof phone and for marketing. Now there is nothing wrong with launching a 5G phone but there no point for 5G phones, if a person can’t use 5G in Phone, this will only make the smartphone more expensive, that’s it.

Apart from Reliance Jio, most of other network providers like Airtel and Vodafone Idea are reeling under massive AGR dues, so I don’t see 5G in India for next 2 year and if incase Jio or Airtel bought the 5G spectrum then it will be very expensive to use 5G in a phone.

RealMe X50 Pro

RealMe itself reveled the most of specifications but still, if you’re not aware of it then here we go,

The RealMe X50 Pro will be powered by All-new Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 Soc which is not 5G ready Soc, companies need to put 5G modem which is kinda expensive. In-short, the Realme X50 Pro is not going to be under 30k phone, so get ready to spend premium money for the Realme brand.

The phone will have AMOLED display with 90Hz refresh rate which is what we have seen in RealMe X2 Pro but different thing is, realme X50 Pro will come with 65W fast charging support.

RealMe has recently launched their new UI which is RealMe UI 1.0 adopted from color OS 7.0 and based on Android 10, so this is what you gonna see in upcoming RealMe X50 Pro.

As of now, we don’t have any other information regarding RealMe X50 Pro but if anything comes up then it will be updated here. Now, if you have used RealMe phone then do let me know will you pay a premium amount for RealMe Brand.
