Redmi K30 Pro is totally different from Redmi K30 in terms of design. The Redmi K30 Pro is a flagship smartphone and as we have expected, the phone is powered by all-new Snapdragon 865 Soc, with X55 modem for 5G connectivity. So let’s see what new Redmi has given this time.
This year we got Redmi K30 Pro and Redmi K30 Pro Zoom, both the phones have same specification expect the Zoom edition has a telephoto lens and the normal Pro version doesn’t.
The Redmi K30 Pro comes with a 6.67-inches FHD+ AMOLED display and it doesn’t have that 90Hz or 120Hz screen refresh rate, it comes with a normal 60Hz screen refresh rate. The phone also has the in-display fingerprint sensor. The phone has 180 screen sampling touch rate.
It doesn’t have a pounch-hole display or waterdrop notch, comes with the same design as what we have seen with redmi k20 pro but this time redmi has managed to get 97 percent screen-to-body ratio.
Talking about cameras, the phone has a quad-camera setup featuring a 64MP Sony IMX686 main camera with optical image stabilization (OIS), a 13MP ultrawide lens, a 5MP macro sensor, and a 2MP depth helper.
Now for those, who are not a fan of a macro lens they can go with Redmi K30 Pro Zoom. This phone replaced the 5MP macro lens to the 8MP telephoto lens. 8MP telephoto lens has 3x optical and up to 30x hybrid zoom and both the variants are capable of 8k video recording.
As I have said, Redmi K30 Pro 7 K30 Pro Zoom is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 soc which is built on 7nm technology and has 5G support. The phone comes with 6GB or 8GB of Ram along with 128GB or 256GB storage variant and yes it has UFS3.1 support.
Both Redmi K30 Pro versions come with 4,700 mAh batteries and 33W fast charging. It also has other features like haptic vibration motor, Wi-Fi 6 connectivity, NFC, an IR port and a headphone jack which is nice touch these days.
The Redmi K30 Pro will be available in grey, purple, white and blue colors.
Redmi K30 Pro Price
- 6GB Ram + 128GB Storage: CNY 2,999($425) – approx Rs 32,000.
- 8GB Ram + 256GB Storage: CNY 3,699($520) – approx Rs 40,000.
Redmi K30 Pro Zoom Price
- 6GB Ram + 128GB Storage: CNY 3,799 ($535) – approx Rs 41,000.
- 8GB Ram + 256GB Storage: CNY 3,999 ($565). – approx Rs 43,000.
Both the K30 Pro variant will go for pre-order on 4th April 2020 in China. There is no official date for a global launch.
