Redmi Note 9 Launched: Budget Redmi Note?
The Redmi Note 9 comes with 6.53-inches FHD+ display, powered by 8nm MediaTek Helio G85, has whopping 5,020 mAh battery with 18W fast charging support, 48MP Quad camera setup, plastic build quality, rear-mounted fingerprint, and priced at $199 (Rs. 14,900 approx) for 3GB of Ram and 64GB in-built storage.
Keep in mind, $199 (Rs. 14,900 approx) is china’s only price which means it won’t be this expensive when Redmi Note 9 will come to India.

Redmi Note 9: First Impression
As of now, we don’t have the India price for Redmi Note 9, so I can’t say much about this phone but if Redmi launches this phone in India below 10k then it would be a killer device. The Redmi Note 9 is powered by 8nm MediaTek Helio G85 which will give you the best gaming experience.
Redmi Note 9 is the first phone to come with Helio G85, so it good to see how this new chip will perform. One more thing, the phone has 5,020 mAh non-removable battery with18W fast charging supports and yes the 18W charger is supplied in the box.
One more thing to note here, the Redmi Note 9 has plastic build quality which could be a problem for some people but I would say, it won’t be a huge deal breaker because we have seen brand who has provided plastic build in 20k phone, in the end, it depends on you.
Coming to connectivity, the Redmi Note 9 comes with Dual SIM, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5, NFC, GPS + GLONASS, 3.5mm audio jack, and USB Type-C.
India Launch Date and Availability
The phone is set to launch in China in the first week of May, so we could expect this phone to be launch in India at the end of May or the start of June. Yet, we don’t have any official date, so I can’t say much.
