Apple iPad Air 4th Generation India Price
New iPad Air is available in Silver, Space Grey, Rose Gold, Green, and Sky Blue colour options. The new iPad Air price in India starts from Rs 54,900 for WiFi 64GB while 256GB is priced at Rs 68,900. The cellular 64GB modal is priced at 66,990 and 256GB is priced at 80,900.
In the US, 64GB WiFi modal is priced at $599 while cellular 64GB modal is available at $799. iPad Air will go for sale on October 2020.
Apple iPad Air 4th Generation Specifications
The new iPad Air comes with 10.5 inches LED retina display with 2,360 x 1,640 pixels resolution. It also supports, new magic keyboard and Apple pencil which you have to buy separately, won’t come in the box. New iPad Air also has touch-ID which is integrated into the power button.
This is a new iPad that means the performance is going to be top-class. It’s powered by all-new A14 Bionic chip which is built on 5nm technology. This new chip brings 40% boost in CPU and 30% in GPU, compared to last generation chip. It also has a Type-C port which can be used for anything you think of, there is no restriction.
Camera side, it has 7-megapixel selfie camera which can record videos in 1080p@60fps. On the other hand, there is a 12MP rear camera sensor which is same as iPad Pro 2020. It can shoot slow-mo videos in 1080p@240fps while 4k@60fps, both of camera has features like smart HDR, auto image stabilization, burst mode, and more.
It also has stereo speakers, type-c port, Bluetooth 5.0 support, nano-SIM card slot. There is no compromise in feature this time, it has almost everything that wanted in iPad Air.
Opinion
If you wanted to buy new iPad Pro 2020, now, you can skip that Pro version and go with iPad Air unless you want that 120Hz screen refresh rate. Both of these Pro and Air version is similar in some areas, so there is no need to spend Rs 89,990. You can get the same features at Rs 54,900 with some addons.
There is new Touch ID, and all-new A14 Bionic chip. So it’s better to save some money and go with new iPad Air.
