The smartphone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 Soc and this is same soc that Xiaomi used in Redmi note 5 Pro, so I don’t know in which area Xiaomi calls this device successor of Redmi note 5 Pro but still let’s wait for 20 November
