If you’re using OnePlus 7, OnePlus 7 or even OnePlus 7T Pro and if you didn’t get the update yet then don’t worry it will be coming on your way very soon, here what OnePlus has to say about Update rollout,

“This OTA will have a staged rollout. The OTA will be received by a limited number of users today and will have a broader rollout in a few days after making sure there are no critical bugs. Using VPN to download this build might not work as the rollout Is not based on regions and is randomly pushed out to a limited number of devices”

OxygenOS 10.0.4 [EU and Global] and 10.3.1 [India] for OnePlus 7 Pro and OnePlus 7 now. For OnePlus 7T Pro OxygenOS 10.0.7 [EU and Global] and 10.3.1 [India].

Yet, OnePlus hasn’t said anything about OnePlus 7T update but I think it will be updated very soon.
