Motorola One Power Quick Review: Better to skip this one!

Motorola One Power Review

Moto One Power is set to launch in India at 5 October 2018, and after long Lenovo Own, Motorola launched something great for the Indian market because of we have seen Moto G6 and G6 play and other smartphone in past but pricing was too high for that smartphones.

Update 17 July 2020 at 06:46 PM (IST) Right now we have tons of other smartphones under Rs 20,000 in India that is way better than Moto One Power, so yes I don’t recommend this phone to anyone in 2020.

So now tight your seat belt because of Moto One Power going to launch on  5 October 2018, and pricing is going to be Rs 16000.

Moto One Power comes 18.7:9 screen to body ratio, that means the device has a display notch. According to report, the display is great at this price and you can see the display under Sunlight, so if you are that kind of person who wants a smartphone that has great display quality at the budget price range, then you gonna love this device.

The smartphone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 chipset and we have seen this chip in many other budget category smartphone and all the devices performed very well even under very high gaming. The Good thing about this device is it has pure stock UI and because of that you will get smooth gaming performance.

Moto One power smartphone runs on Android 8.1 (Oreo) and at the launch event, Motorola confirmed that this device will get Android Pie (9.0) update end of this year, but yes updates are going to be slow because of last year launched  Moto G5 and G5 plus still didn’t get Android Oreo yet.

Camera Performance

Coming to cameras, the smartphone has 16 megapixels (F/1.8 aperture )+5 megapixel (F/2.2 aperture ), as per report smartphone has a great camera at this price range and of course camera has been a great part of Motorola and we have seen Moto G5 and G5 Plus, both these devices have excellent camera setup, so yes Moto One Power will give best possible camera result.

On the front side, the smartphone has 12 megapixels (F/2.0 aperture ) and the selfie camera is also good on this device, so if your that person who like front camera more then rear one then yes you gonna love this beast.

It has 5000 mAh battery and for the first time Motorola implemented Type-C port and 18W fast charging support, so yes the battery is going to be very good.

The smartphone also has NFC support, Dolby Audio, Bluetooth 5.0 Support and fingerprint sensor, so yes the smartphone has all the features that need in one single smartphone.

Final verdict, for those who are looking for a smartphone under 16K and they want batter battery, Good camera and smooth day to day performance then you can go with this one, and I must say you will not regret after buying this device.
